Owned & operated by two former Baltimore City teachers, Label Necklace is an independent record label focused on artist empowerment and Hip Hop education. Founders Rich Croce (MC Bravado) and Brandon Lackey (Lineup Room Recording Studios) have had substantial success with Baltimore programs such as Beats Not Bullets, receiving national recognition from outlets like ABC, CBS, FOX, CNN & Yahoo!. Our mission going forward is to utilize touring to implement these practices in cities across the nation.

Our position at the intersection of Hip Hop & education uniquely qualifies us to highlight those at the forefront of this field, and disseminate the knowledge to those in need; a need only heightened by the pandemic.

We’re currently looking for partners who are passionate about independent creatives, small business, & education. With your help, we can secure the resources needed to push these programs to the forefront & show the nation that Hip Hop is a vital educational tool.
